My name is Doris Temple. It is my vision to create a jogging revival in the 45, 50 plus age group. By doing so I will help you to live life like you mean it. To be healthy and fit enough to do all the things you may not have had time for when you were younger raising a family or working a career.
Now we can enjoy the downhill ride of being over-the-hill. Jogging downhill is pretty easy you know. You know the old saying, “You are as old as you feel.” Let’s do what we can to be young for as long as possible.
