Last year (2014) in the winter session, I started running. I had a pair of old shoes and I started with that.
Previously I used to run with my toe landing but this time I started with my heel landing. So due to my right shoe being damaged, I have injured my heel. From that time till now I am facing pain in my heel. In the Winter I could not walk properly due to sore pain. Can you just help me out? From that time I could not dare to start running.
Kindly revert me with a valuable advice.
